Introduction: Once you’ve completed the Client Inquiry Form, we will schedule a discovery call. We will use this time to learn about your unique interests & travel needs, explain our process, and answer any initial questions.
Proposal:After our discovery call, we will design your customized proposal, which typically takes 10-14 business days. Itineraries are well thought out, but also provide the opportunity for you to explore your destinations on your own. Confirmation:Once you have decided on an itinerary, we will work with our industry partners to secure your reservations. Finalized booking information and complete itineraries will be provided after final payment and 14 days prior to departure.
Bon Voyage: With 24/7 client support, we are here for you every step of the way. We will go over the details of your trip prior to departure, review your experience after your safe arrival home, and we are always at your disposal while you’re in-country.
The professional fees listed below include our initial consultation, research & development of the itinerary, and necessary revisions. All fees are non-refundable.
Trip Planning Fee: $50 per adult, $25 per child.
Group Planning Fee: $500 for 10+ travelers
Late Booking Fee: Travel that is requested less than 45 days prior to departure will be subject to a $250 late booking fee.
Cancellation Fee:Confirmed trips canceled by the client – for whatever reason – prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of $250 per person.
While not required, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. All clients are required to sign a waiver either accepting or declining travel insurance. Travel documents will not be released until this waiver has been signed.
